Dinosaur Pasta Pumpkin with fennel and tomato

For 2 persons - Preparation time: 15 min.


  1. Cut the fennel and tomato into pieces and stew with a little oil/butter in the pan. If you like onions or garlic, you can add it as well to the vegetables.
  2. Bring a generous amount of water to boil
  3. Cook the pasta al dente in the water (see packaging). Drain the dinosaur pasta and rinse briefly under cold running water. Drain in a colander.
  4. When the vegetables are cooked sufficiently, mix them into a sauce.
  5. Spice the sauce with pepper and salt. You might want to add some spaghetti herbs as well.
  6. Serve the dinosaur pasta with a good spoonful of fennel tomato sauce and enjoy!

  • 250g Kids Dinosaur shaped Pasta Pumpkin
  • 1 fennel
  • 4 big tomatoes
  • oil/butter
  • pepper, salt and spaghetti herbs (as you wish)
  • optional: onion or garlic

Alternatively: no time for fresh tomatoes? You can use canned tomatoes as well.
